Polishing & Deburring
We use linishing, tumbling, polishing, bead blasting and manual dressing to deburr and finish products or prepare them for painting or plating.
The most common process is graining stainless steel using either flatbed and open face linishing machines to obtain a uniform directional finish.
Specialist operations such as high shine polishing is done on pedestal wheels using pastes matched to the finish required.
‘Tumbling’ as a means of polishing small parts such as stainless steel handles and brackets adds class for little extra cost.
Specify the use of polycoat sheets to avoid scratching during production.
