We have added a HAAS UMC-750 5-axis machining centre to our to two existing HASS UMC-500 machines.

All our 3-axis machines have now been replaced with 5-axis machines resulting in less set-ups, greater accuracy, longer cycle times between manual interventions, reduced manpower and ‘through-tool’ coolant facilitates fast material removal important when machining parts ‘from the solid’.

Much of our work is the manufacture of metalwork for electronic equipment and a typical assembly will comprises of both machined and sheet metal parts.

To maximise efficiency,  we have installed an Amada EGB 4010e press brake and a Haeger 618 MSP 5e insert machine alongside our machining centres forming a manufacturing cell. This ensures a smooth work flow between operations with minimal downtime.
